Our residence halls are designed to provide student with a comfortable environment that supports personal health and safety, a vibrant community and academic success. Residence halls are staffed by a Hall Director and a team of Resident Assistants (student leaders) who will answer your questions, help you get connected and cultivate a Christ-centered living-learning environment. Each residence hall has WiFi, air conditioning, a laundry room and cable TV in the main lounges.
Residential students are able to choose housing in one of our traditional residence halls or an on-campus apartment designated for upperclassmen. Get a snapshot of each residence below to find the right space for you to thrive at Lancaster Bible College.
Students in need of special housing accommodations for documented medical reasons, such as a single room, an ADA-accessible bathroom or living with a service animal should reach out to the Accessibility Services office (ASO@lbc.edu).

What should I bring? This is the question facing every resident student. A limited amount of room space, shared with one or more people, requires some planning and preparation when packing. We provide a desk, chair, dresser, XL twin bed and a closet or wardrobe for every resident. These items are considered your “personal space” and will fill up quickly. Hint: check with your roommate to see if there are any items you can share!
A good rule to follow is to only bring the clothes that are appropriate for the season. You can take items home at Fall Break and bring back your winter clothes. Do the same in the spring semester at Spring Break.
A complete guide to living on campus, including what you can and cannot bring to campus, can be found in the LBC Handbook for Resident Living .
Your stay as a resident student will provide some wonderful friendships and memories that you will cherish for the rest of your life. With some simple planning, you can help ensure that your res hall will be a great place to live.
This is just a suggested list and should be personalized to meet your specific needs.
