The Lancaster Bible College Alumni Relations Office is hosting a bus trip to the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., on May 11—and LBC alumni and friends are invited!
Led by LBC alumni Moses Colon (’81) and Bible & Theology faculty member Phil Theis (’88 & ’19), the full day of travel and activity from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. will include a deep-dive into biblical history, an exploration of faith and an up-close-and-personal look at jaw-dropping artifacts—all while reconnecting with fellow LBC alumni!
The $75 ticket price includes deluxe motor coach transportation (with restroom) from LBC to the museum and back, general admission to the museum, one guided tour by Museum of the Bible staff, two LBC alumni tour guides, coffee and donuts in the morning, along with snacks and bottled water on the bus.
The Day’s Schedule:
- 7 a.m.—Departure from Lancaster Bible College, 901 Eden Road, plus rest stop
- 10 a.m.—Arrival at the Museum of the Bible; group tour upon arrival
- Lunch on your own, available on site and nearby
- Free time to explore the museum as a group or on your own
- 5 p.m.—Depart from Museum of the Bible
- Dinner stop on your own
- 9 p.m.—Arrival at Lancaster Bible College
