Low Section View Of A Handyman's Foot Climbing LadderConflict is inevitable … in life, in marriage, at work, on a team, within one’s self, among enemies, even among friends. I’ve had my share of it (my fill of it for that matter) and I am sure you have too.

I appreciate the words of Dale Carnegie, “When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion.”
