Jael K.D.L.V. Chambers has over a decade of experience in working with large and small faith-based organizations across the United States, including churches and those in academic industries, to develop structures, policies, and culture to help them accomplish their goals and fulfill their missions. Chambers’ passion for organizational change comes from growing up in urban communities–rich with vibrant culture, but rife with challenges. His experience grew into a strong desire to uplift and understand organizational culture, as well as empower leaders to implement organizational change.

Chambers founded a consulting firm that focuses on creating an organizational culture where all staff can thrive. He is known by professional partners for his unique approach and perspective. Through the development of customizable strategies, he has equipped them to carry out their mission and vision even more effectively.

Jael is married to Elise, who is a Spiritual Director, and they have two children.
